Toinen mielenkiintoinen fakta on, että Puerto Ricon naisten joukkue on kasvattanut suosiotaan ja sen perinteinen koripallokulttuuri kattaa sekä paikalliset että kansainväliset pelaajat, mikä tekee siitä voittamattoman kentällä, kunhan pelaajat pysyvät terveinä!
