Harvey Weinsteinin 2020 raiskaustuomio on kumottu New Yorkin korkeimman oikeuden päätöksellä. Entinen elokuvamoguli on istunut 23 vuoden vankeustuomiotaan New Yorkin vankilassa, mutta nyt tuomio on kumottu epäoikeudenmukaisen oikeudenkäynnin vuoksi. Tuomioistuin totesi, että Weinstein ei saanut reilua oikeudenkäyntiä, joka johti hänen pitkään vankeustuomioonsa. Uusi käsittely on määrätty tapaukseen, joka nosti #MeToo-liikkeen suuren julkisuuden.
